How Matching Works
Matching is on demand. The supportive-calibrated method compares the vacancy with the user’s saved profile only after the user requests it.
- Skills and evidence keywords
- Experience and education only when explicitly required
- Location and job type when stated
- Essential requirements reviewed separately, with unknown information treated as unknown rather than failure
When evidence is insufficient, the system reports that clearly instead of inventing a percentage. Accessibility or support preferences are not scoring factors. The result supports exploration; it does not decide, reject, or rank candidates for employers.
